Dorm Room Information

There are two beds in each dorm room.  Two rooms share common restroom.

Here are the choices when selecting a dorm room:

1.  You may share a room with someone for $175 for 5 nights.  If you have a roommate preference please email me.
2.  You may to stay in a room by yourself. The cost is $350 for 5 nights.
3.  You may pay for two persons at the $350 rate.
4.  If you are NOT staying for the full convention, the daily rate is $45 when sharing a room, or $90 if you are staying in a room by yourself.
5.  We are making arrangements for staying Friday night.  The cost will be $45 shared or $90 single. Friday night is not included in the convention package. Online registration for Friday night will be added asap.

6. Dorm details:
a.  Each double room has two twin XL beds, a dresser, a closet, a desk, desk chair, shared in suite bathroom, Ethernet connection (cables not provided), wireless internet, and air conditioning.  
b.  All residence hall rooms with two beds are standard set up.  
c. The conference group will be responsible for any lost keys at the rate of $25.00 per card key. All lost key/card charges will be billed with the final invoice along with the person's name and room number.  It will be the responsibility of the CSSA to collect any fees from individual guests.  
d. The conference group agrees to not have any loud activities between the hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am.  If you plan on having activities after 11:00pm that could potentially disrupt other guests, please provide our office with 30 days written notice for our consideration. 
e. The main entrance to all residence halls will be locked 24 hours a day unless other arrangements have been made.  

7. Room Preparation:
a. The University has agreed to provide linen packets to all guests while on campus.  Each linen packet will contain the following items: 1 fitted sheet, and 1 flat sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillow slip, 1 towel, and 1 wash cloth. Each participant will be responsible for the laundering of items contained in the packet for the duration of their stay.
b. Laundry Centers with coin operated washers/dryers will be available for use.
c. There will be a small supply of linen packets available in the staff office in the event the participant needs extras. A rental fee of $20.00/packet will be applied to the final invoice.
d. Each guest is responsible for cleaning their own in-suite bathroom during the duration of their stay.
